  i want to cancel my wordpress.com account and open a wordpress.org site. Can I use any of my WordPress.com payment to pay for the wordpress.org payment?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not possible.

  However, as it has been less than 30 days since you purchased your WordPress.com upgrade, I would be happy to refund it for you.

  I have issued a refund of $99 for you, and removed the Premium upgrade from your blog. The funds should appear in your account within the next week.
