  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any sites or any upgrades on WordPress.com. What exactly is it you want to cancel? “Shevioletmoon” is meaningless in this regard – I need to know the specific upgrade on the specific site URL.

  If you own an upgrade in a different account you need to be logged into that account to cancel it. I cannot cancel an upgrade at your request if that upgrade is owned by someone else.

  The URL is http://www.shevioletmoon.com
  I received an email this morning saying my domain is set to auto renew on 7-5-2017 and that I will be charged $18. And has the last four digits of my credit card. I attempted to logon to my purchase page…it says I don’t even have one set up for shevioletmoon which is untrue because I have in the past bought this url address.

  The reason you don’t see an option to cancel the domain on your Purchases page is because this account does not own that domain. As I said above, the account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

  The domain, shevioletmoon.com, belongs to a completely different username account. Log out of this account, and log in as the username you used to purchase the domain, and then you’ll be able to cancel it or comment here to confirm and I can do it for you.

  If you can’t remember the username for the other account, log out of this one, and then try resetting the password for the other account using the email address at which you received the renewal notice.
