I cancelled the purchase of the domain and of the hosting immediately it was bought and they assured me that it would be cancelled quite and in the credit card still the report of purchase goes out of someone of the products; it is to say that they did not cancel everything

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
