Cancelación de dominio

Buenas, a ver estoy un poco cabreado. Compré un dominio y al rato lo cancelé para su reembolso (son 48 horas de plazo) el caso es que cuando voy al correo y pincho en confirmar cancelación , me sale un mensaje de que no ha podido cancelarse ni hacer el reembolso y que vaya al servicio técnico (no sé por que me esperaba algo así). La pregunta es ¿Qué hago? el caso es el que el dominio que cancelé ya no sale en mis dominios, pero no puedo estar seguro, porque me da miedo que se me pasen las 48 horas. En el servicio técnico no me soluciona absolutamente nada puesto que no es ayuda directa si no sugerencias.

NO! I don’t want cancell “labarradecarbono.com”. The domain I want cancell was http://www.lainanimadabarradecarbono.com , this last domain has already been cancell , but not refunded, this is the problem
