Cancelación de renovación automática

    Hola, tengo un sitio (marianutriologa), me gustaría cancelar la renovación automática. Pero no sé como hacerlo.
    Tengo un problema, porque ese sitio tiene el correo (email visible only to moderators and staff) y cuando intento iniciar sesión en wordpress dice que ese usuario no existe.
