Cancelación y devolución

He cancelado mi cuenta premium a los dos días de crearla y he pedido la devolución de los 99€ pero me han enviado un email de confirmación en el que dicen que ha habido un problema con la cancelación y que contacte con ellos, pero no me redirige a ningún sitio.
¿Que puedo hacer? -

When we use Google translate and post a reply in another language that can lead to bloggers thinking we speak their language and continuing post here again which is a waste of their time.We use Googe translate to determine the language and then we pts and provide the relevant support forum link.

Good because I notice there is another Volunteer who is not on track and I want to be sure you are. In all cases like this, it is best to use as few English words as possible when redirecting bloggers to support forums in other languages.
P.S. There are fabulous volunteers who know their stuff helping in other language support forums. For example, my friends galois is in the Spanish speaking forum and airodyssey, who is fluent in several languages, is in the French support forum. Note also that if you get a theme related thread in French our Staff member kathrynwp is a bilingual person and specializes in answering theme questions. I’m a uni-lingual Canuck anglophone, who is struggling to learn French and English in my retirement years.

Sorry, I thought it was also in Spanish. I do apologize…
My problem is that I have cancelled my wordpress account after two days and when I requested the cancelation and refund, I received an email saying that it was some problem with my cancelation and that I had to contact wordpress for more information. once I click on the link the attached to the email, it forward me here…
Does anybody knows what could be the problem? What should I do?Thank you in advanced for all your help

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads.
I did that for you.
Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

French and English ? Your English does not sound like someone learning English its quite fluent. :)One question is there a way to assign the post to a particular staff member ? I am guessing we can just tag “modlook” and its not up to us to who gets to answer ?

I want you to know that the conversation here between me and vijjisite will not delay you getting Staff assistance. They respond to all threads tagged with modlook in the sidebar in datestamp order, working their way forward from the earliest dates to the most recent, as would be expected. -

Hello! Your Premium plan was cancelled and refunded properly. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
