cancelamento e reembolso

    Senhores, boa noite.

    No dia Jan 04, 2017 comprei o plano pessoal por $2.99 por mês, cobrado anualmente $35.88 e no dia Jan 05, 2017 realizei o cancelamento. Foi me reembolsado $17.88, poderiam me explicar o porque da diferença ?
