  I dont want you to renew my blog automaticly, I want to cancel this account! I dont know how…Can you explain me in spanish please?

  I paid for a direct link “2nd Chance at Heaven,” and there are links to my post which not only side track from the time, dedication and money I’ve invested, but doesn’t open a new window! When the targets have been hit, they can’t even return to my site!

  This is NOT good business!

  Click “Store” and then “Domains” and on the page that opened I found a “Disable Auto Renew” link.

  Do you want to retain the domain name and update the nameservers to point it to another site? http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  Or did you just purcahse it and no want a refund?

  I believe you may be confused.
  1. It can take up to 72 hours for a domain name change to propagate throughout the internet and we have no control over when ISPs flush their DNS cache. Are you referring to a domain mapping upgrade or not? If you are then has that period of time passed or not? http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

  2. This is the underlying .wordpress.com subdomainj blog that you content is found in http://michellejbrewer.wordpress.com/
  What exactly is the URL starting with http:// for the domain you believe you purchased?

  3. Did you purchase that domain from WordPress.com?
  http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/
  Or did you purchase if eleswhere?
  http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  I’m trying to cancel my Luscious order and have been unable to confirm through email. It gives me an error message. Who should I talk to about the cancellation?

  You have a blogspot blog linked to your WordPress.com userbnbame and that’s not helpful at all. Which free hosted WordPress.com blog starting with http:// did you purchase the Luscious theme for? Under which username did your purchase it? And, when did you purchase it please?

  My blog is under http://cozycondoliving.wordpress.com. I purchased the Luscious upgrade yesterday 3/2/12. My username is lisaallen335 or Cozy Condo Living. Let me know if that answers your questions.

  @lisaallen335: Hi there, just to clarify, @timethief is a (very helpful!) volunteer, while only Staff members (Happiness Engineers) can process refunds.

  I have canceled and refunded your premium theme. It make take a few days for the money to re-appear on your account. Please let us know if you need help with anything else!

  @cesarmalacon: your domain bycesarmalacon.com will stop functioning on May 18, 2012. Is that what you want? Please note that once it’s expired, there is no guarantee that you can get it back. If you wish, you can easily point your domain to a new host or transfer it to another registrar.
