  I cancelled my premium trial membership before the renewal period and the subscription renewed for the $99.00 after I specifically requested that not happen. I already had migrated my website from the .com to the .org service.

  I cannot find a phone number

  I’m very sorry for the trouble — the cancellation didn’t go through before, so I just cancelled and fully refunded that Premium plan for you. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help.
