  I want to stop being billed for tropical smog.com. I go to Purchases section but it only gives me the options to upgrade, it doesn’t give me the option to stop renewal.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  The URL you provided, tropicalsmog.com is hosted by bluehost.com. If you wish to stop your renewal, you will need to contact Bluehost.

  This forum in particular is for sites hosted here on WordPress.com.

  Hope this helps guide you in the right direction and you are able to resolve this.

  WordPress.com is the one sending me the notification that my domain is about to expire though, and I have been billed by them for the past two years.

  Sorry I didn’t ask for more clarification from your first question. I thought you were referring to hosting, not specifically the domain registration. So you originally purchased the domain tropicalsmog.com from WordPress.com? I will tag this thread with modlook so that staff can help you with your account. Again, my apologies for the confusion :)

  Hi @tropicalsmog, your upgrades expired last year, so there’s nothing to renew. If you are getting a renewal notice currently, let us know and I’ll have you email it to us.
