I don’t see any purchases ever made to the account you’re contacting us from. If you have made a purchase with a different WordPress.com account, please log in to that account and contact us again.

@gdlopes2112 If it’s regarding a charge for the site https://eletronicsbuy.wordpress.com, you’ll need to sign into the account with the username gdlopes21 and reply here.

Your upgrades belong to the account, gdlopes21, not the account gdlopes2112 you’re using to post here.
I also see you’ve filed a dispute for the payment with your bank. When you do this you’re accusing us of fraud and the payment is frozen pending an investigation, so we cannot refund you at this time. The dispute process also causes your site to be locked and all upgrades removed pending payment of a chargeback fee.

If you cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you, but else you’ll need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which can take up to eight weeks.
