Cancelation

    How can I cancel my subscription??? The site says I have no receipts yet I was just charged $114. I would also like a refund, please.

    The site I need help with is whitehurstjr.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here only owns a site on our free plan, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us. If you’ve received a charge from us, it’s for a site that was created in a different account. You’ll need to be logged into that account to cancel any upgrades it owns.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
