CANCELATION
-
In days past I canceled my subscription with you. On December 1, I received an email stating that the amount had been canceled and that they were going to give me my money back. Everything went well and I received the money that I had paid. But now on December 3, I see that they have charged again the cost that you had already returned to me. Why do you keep charging an account that has already been canceled? I urgently need them to stop charging something that is already canceled and to return what they took from my bank account on December 3.
I await your response on the matter.

Hi there,
The last charge I see for the account you’re using to post here was on 1 December. We issued a refund on the same day, and there has been no further charges since then:

What most likely happened here is that the actual charge didn’t go through at your bank on the 1st – often banks will put a hold on the funds when the initial charge is made, with the actual charge only going through a few days later. Some banks show both the authorization and the actual charge on the statement, making it seem as if there was two charges.
Once the refund is processed on your bank’s end, that entry should be removed from your statement, or alternatively there will be a counter-entry to show the refund. That depends on how your bank handles these types of transactions, though, so please contact them directly to make sure of this.
