Cancelation and Billing Issues

    I have been wrongfully charged by this company four times now after refunding a purchase I made before the renewal date and auto payment date. I payed $96 for a premium plan for WordPress, however wholly unsatisfied with the product I refunded y purchase and cancelled my renewal. After I had done this WordPress charged me a month earlier than advertised, for something I was no longer paying for. I asked to have this charge refunded and it was, however I was again billed and the charge was again refunded. Since then I have removed all methods of payment from my account, and they have sent me yet another charge. We are currently disputing the charges with the bank.

  • Hi @osagekaczor, we’ll be digging into this with our billing team. I do know there’s limited action we can take while a chargeback is open, but I’ll let you know what they find.

    Also to clarify what you’d like at this point, would you like the charge refunded and the upgrade removed?

  • Also, do you have another account? I am not seeing four charges on this one.
