Cancelation and refund of theme

Dear sir/madam,
When I bought the Connect premium Theme it was stated that I will be able to cancel my purchase and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please advise how I can cancel this purchase.

Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the premium thme, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

I have tried that before making this post but I wasn’t able to cancel the theme! -
Then you were not logged in correctly as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the premium theme for the blog.
What is the URL of the blog?

I can do pretty much everything. At “my upgrades”i can hit the “transfer to another site” and when i press that it gives me options, but when i press the “cancel and refund” it open a little window but it doenst give me any options. the window stays blank!
I wish i could post a picture here for you to see, but i tried and wasnt able to. -
