    Hi there,

  • Your bundle included a domain registration.

    If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73.

    As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    Of course, I can cancel and refund the whole thing for $99 if you don’t mind losing sevgilihayat.net.

    thank you very much for your fast reply.My domain has been canceled already. So pls cancel and refund the rest of the bundle.

    My reason for cancelation is i`ve mixed up wordpress.org and your web site.I have realised the differences after i bought a Theme for uploading.(which is not possible here).

    I have purchased the bundle promo and the domain name mapping with a total cost of $99. I am however clicked the ‘cancel’ button within the first 10 minutes. As of now (3 days ++), I have not received any confirmation of cancellation but a notice mail on DNS matter.

    YES, pls cancel my purchase with full refund. The main reason is I am have no idea how to configure DNS, etc. What I need is just a blog with a personalized blog name. Thank you

    You can now cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
