Cancelation of Creator Subscription

    Hello,

    I have moved my site (fadomadeco.com) from WordPress.com to another host and canceled my Creator Subscription as of today, June 27, 2024. I was billed for a full year of the Creator Subscription on January 9, 2024, in the amount of $329.95. I am contacting you today in hopes that I can receive a partial refund for the rest of the year since I am no longer using the subscription.

    Hi Jamie. As you can see in this page, our annual paid plan is refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal, and we are unable to issue a partial refund in this case.
