Cancelation of domain and refund

    Hi, two days ago, on March 17th I bought an upgrade with you which included my domain. I want to cancel this and receive a complete refund because your services did not satisfy my needs. Today is march 19th and i bought it on march 17th, so it is two days since I bought it, but the system says I cannot receive my refund and cancellation on this,

    Hi there,

    I have refunded your account. I have also canceled your domain mapping subscription.

    I want to confirm that you want your custom domain canceled as well.

    If we cancel your newly-registered domain, this cannot be undone, and it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain. We can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
