Cancelation of Premium Plan canceled my Personal Plan as well

  I am a personal plan user and upgraded to a premium package to try it out. It didn’t work for me so I cancelled it only to find that my personal plan had disappeared and now I am on the free version meaning I have lost my domain!

  I don’t want to take out personal again as I paid for the year already – any help would be greatly appreciated!
