Cancelation of Premium plan – no refund

    Hello,

    I have cancelled my 2-year Premium package one year before it was done. I am still waiting for a refund or any notification about it. How can I get in touch with WordPress as soon as possible?

    At the time of your purchase, the refund policy was 30 days post purchase. We don’t provide refunds after that time period and we don’t provide prorated refunds. Therefore, when you cancelled your plan on January 19, 2021 you would not have been eligible for a refund since the purchase was made on April 10, 2020.

    Cancelling your plan also cancelled your domain purchase.

    Since you have another year of your plan, I’d be more than happy to reinstate the plan for you. You would need to repurchase the domain as that would have only been included in the first year of your plan.
