    I would like to ask about refund process in order to subscription cancelation. How look the
    return money process and how long i am supposed wait for money return?

    I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
