i’ve just cancel upgrade of premium plan, will I get my money back?

It appears as if you may have canceled it before the $99 charge went though. I don’t see that there were any funds exchanged. However, because you did cancel JUST as your card was being charged, the VOID of the transaction hasn’t completed yet.
Will you please drop me a line and let me know that you’re not seeing a charge on your bank statement? And I will do the same — letting you know if the charge DID go through. If it did, I will refund you ASAP.

Yes, I canceled the upgrade yesterday, because I supposed to prevent the charge. And I was suprised to find the bill for upgrade today. So I am sure the charge went through, I can see it on my bank statement.

We just checked it out — the funds weren’t taken out of your account and added to ours. I suspect what happened is that when the charge began, the pending sale “held” the $99. That tends to happen with many credit cards…it basically confirms for the company making the charge that you have the funds in your account. As soon as the credit card-issuing bank realizes that the sale wasn’t finalized on our end, the funds should drop back into your account.
You may want to contact your bank directly to confirm this. I can assure you that we did not finalize the sale.
Drop me a note once you speak to them…or when you receive your printed bank statement for the month…and let’s confirm everything is ok. If you have trouble, I can send your the transaction number so you can check it out with your bank.
