  Why is my cancellation still pending for the domain name razanmasi.com
  It has been cancelation for 5 months!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also note:

  If you cancel a domain, it is held by the domain registrar and may be sold in auction or otherwise made unavailable to you.

  If you wish to use it with a different hosting platform, in most cases all you need to do is update the nameservers as timethief indicated. For a few platforms they require a bit more assistance (A Records/CNAMEs), so if that’s the case in your situation, just let us know what needs to be updated and we’ll take care of that for you.

  You can also transfer the domain to a different registrar. There is no cost to do so but the new registrar will likely require you to renew it for at least one year with them.

  Our records show that razanmasri.com expired on November 8, 2013.

  Unfortunately, we no longer control the domain razanmasri.com and cannot renew it for you. I’ve removed your subscriptions and all of your content is still available at razanmasri.wordpress.com.

  We attempted to inform you of your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration, but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar who then sold it to a new owner.
