Cancelation/Refund

I was unaware I still had an account and do not use the domain at all. I thought I had canceled all WordPress services until I received the $99 charge. Is it possible to get a refund?

I can see that the account you’re using here in this forum does not have any upgrades connected to it. In order to find the right account I will need more information.
Do you know what site was connected to that charge?
