  Hi please note that i have cancelled this domain and will not be using your platform. I hereby request a full refund as i have payed for a yearly subscription already.

  You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the domain two months after the registration. New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:
