It appears the transaction was refunded from our end successfully. Because it was purchased and canceled on the same day, it’s possible it was processed as a reversal by your card issuer/bank.
That means you won’t see the original transaction and a refund as two separate transactions. Instead, they will simply remove the original transaction from your statement. Could you contact your bank/card issuer to check if that’s the case?
