Canceled domain/mapping

Last week I purchased the domain name and mapping but canceled due to the inability to host ads. I contacted support via email (I couldn’t find a phone number) to cancel within hours of purchasing and have waited the 5 days, as noted, to be able to purchase it through someone else. The name is still unavailable. I have sent emails to support again today. What do I do now? Does this mean I won’t be able to purchase it even though I canceled within the 2 days? Is there a phone number to contact anyone for support?
