Canceled plan didn't refund full amount

I subscribed a plan by mistake, asked for refund, but refund came back as 5 USD instead of 35 USD

I can definitely help out with this. First, I want to make sure that you no longer need to map mobi9.com.br to your WordPress.com account? A plan upgrade is required for mapping.

I do need mobi9.com.br, but mapping for that was solved with my other username.
Problem was with this username andrebianchi, I don’t need a plan upgrade for this one, which I did by mistake. Refund was done, but short of 30 USD.

At that time, if you have not received your refund it is best to inquire with your bank about it. The delay is likely on their side and they can tell you when to expect the refund. They’ll also be able to tell you how it will be listed on your statement.
