Canceled plan didn't refund full amount

I subscribed a plan by mistake, asked for refund, but refund came back as 5 USD instead of 35 USD

I can definitely help out with this. First, I want to make sure that you no longer need to map mobi9.com.br to your WordPress.com account? A plan upgrade is required for mapping.

I do need mobi9.com.br, but mapping for that was solved with my other username.
Problem was with this username andrebianchi, I don’t need a plan upgrade for this one, which I did by mistake. Refund was done, but short of 30 USD.
