Canceled Premium account but custom design is now inactivate.

  I purchased the custom design option for $30, and then I tried the premium on a trial basis for $79. I requested to cancel my premium account but now my custom design account features are also inactivate but there is no refund for the account. I would like my custom design features to be activated or for you to refund me my $30 as well.

  Hello there! When you added the Premium upgrade, it bundled those features together with Custom Design. That’s why that service got cancelled as well. I’ve rectified the situation and your Custom Design upgrade is now active. The expiration date is 5/23/2014.
