Canceled upgrade from Personal to Business & can’t upgrade back to Personal
-
I had a Personal account. Decided to upgrade to Business hosting. The pro rata from my Personal took a little off the cost of the Business. Decided to downgrade back to Personal, so I canceled my Business hosting. But now I’m at the Free hosting option and every time I try to upgrade back to Personal, I get the error message, “Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.” (I also get the error message for Premium.)
Since I’m now stuck at “Free,” I had to use the Support chat for help and it told me that it usually takes 24 hours for changes to immediately go through after a cancellation. But it’s been over 24 hours and I still can’t upgrade to Personal or Private. Can a human please help me, so I can go back to Personal and use my domain name for my site? Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

NOTE from OP: the correct blog is mercedesmvalle.wpcomstaging.com, which I had listed originally, but got changed to the wrong blog and I can’t seem to edit or delete my original support post.
