Canceled yearly plan

Due to some unforeseen circumstances with my site, I have cancelled the 1 year business plan that I signed up for in January. Is it possible to receive a refund on this plan? I am open for paying for the time spent on WordPress.

When in January did you pay for the upgrade? If it was 8th January when you created this account you are outside the 14 day refund window. I see that this thread is tagged for staff assistance.
