Hi there @karenpark2012, do you mean that you have already purchased a Personal plan and now wish to upgrade to the Premium plan?
Depending on when you purchased the Personal plan, there may be no need to refund first. If you add the Premium plan to your cart, you should see it at a reduced rate for the difference between the two plans.
