Canceling

    I purchased the wrong thing. I was looking for something else. I go to ‘purchases’ but I don’t see the option to cancel and refund.

    What exactly did you buy, and for which website?

    The username you’re using to post here was created four hours ago, only ten minuted before this forum thread. You don’t own any sites on WordPress.com, nor have you used this account to buy any upgrades.

    If you have a paid site on WordPress.com, you created that site using a different username.
