Canceling

    I removed payment method, yet it still renewed. I tried to delete the domain, but got an ‘internal server error’ saying it could not delete it.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    I’ve just checked your account and I can see that the domain has been successfully canceled.

    Please note that a canceled domain can be difficult or more expensive to get back, and someone else may use the domain in the future. You would want to cancel a domain only if you’re sure that you won’t be using the domain anymore.

    If that’s fine, then your domain is already canceled on our end and no further action is needed.

    I have canceled your subscription for gilliantheintern.com and refunded those charges back to you as well. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
