canceling 2 week trial

  I already deleted my wordpress website thinking that it will automatically cancel my 2 week free trial for the premium that expires on the 15th of March. But when i clicked billing history, it still says “upcoming payment $99.00 on March 15th) Please Help! I don’t know if I’ll be charged or not because the website is already gone but the billing history is still there.
