Canceling a custom design

  Hello — I need to cancel a custom design on tigglyblog.wordpress.com. This was purchased by a former employee and set to auto-renew today, but we no longer use this blog. Thank you!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can cancel and if required request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.

  That’s the problem — the upgrade was purchased by a former employee, so I can’t log in under her username (don’t know her password).

  Can anyone from Team WordPress help me cancel it?
