canceling a domain

  I have regitered a domain ‘supervagamunda’ the thing is I started a blog supported by Godaddy ‘supervagamunda.com.’ I would like it to be the first result n Google since it is the one I am giving content. I ried to cancel the site but it didn’t work. Do I have to cancel the domain first? If so, how can I do it?

  Please clarify what you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to:

  • Cancel your WordPress.com domain and just use your self-hosted supervagamunda.com
  • Use your supervagamunda.com domain to access the WordPress.com site you hosted
  • Forget your supervagamunda.com domain and just use the WordPress.com domain you created

  I would like to ONLY use supervagamunda.com and cancel supervagamunda.wordpress.com

  You can delete the site supervagamunda.wordpress.com by following the steps in this article. Remember that one you delete the site you can never use the domain name again.

  It takes time for an item to be cleared from the Google search results. You can request from Google to have a particular search result be removed.
