Canceling a Domain Subscription

  I am unable to see what domain has been charged so I have no idea where to login to cancel the renewal. I have tried multiple avenues in contacting someone who can research a transaction/processing ID. I do not want to issue a chargeback but my options are looking slim. Can someone please help me.

  Correct account: Yes
