Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. 2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (rvoland2015rlvoland) — which is why you are unable to cancel your plan.
If you let me know which site the plan is for, I’ll see if I can help you out.

Purchases for heartandhomedecor.me are owned by the user rlvoland — which is why you are unable to see them in the account you’re logged in to (rvoland2015rlvoland). You will need to be logged in as rlvoland if you want to cancel them.
Purchases can be cancelled from the Manage Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
There is no guarantee you’ll be able to get the domain back once it has been cancelled. If you want to use it again elsewhere, let me know and I’ll point you in the right direction.
