Canceling a plan and a domain name

    I am being automatically billed $18 for a no-longer used blogging site. The site itself comes up, but the ‘Manage Purchases’ says that I have not made any purchases. Therefore, how can I deal with this??? The site is halleson.net. Please help if you can.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @rzekowski WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see halleson.net as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@rzekowski) to contact us here.
