Canceling Account

    Hello Hope you are doing well! I want to close my account and when I tried it said there was a problem and wouldn’t let me cancel as a notification popped up telling me to contact customer support.

    Hi there,

    is kayleestaceyauthor the account you’re trying to close?
    I do not see any sites under your account, there are no subscriptions as well so you shouldn’t really have issued deleting the whole account.

    Could you please log off and log into the account and try again? Let us know how it goes.
