  Hello

  Closing your account deletes all of the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, the data will be entirely purged from our system and at this point the process cannot be reversed.

  Please note that If you have a WordPress.com plan or other upgrade, you will need to cancel active purchases before you can close your account. I will tag this thread for staff assistance so they can get back to you asap.

  Hello there,

  It looks like the site greg4tx.wpcomstaging.com was on the business plan which has expired, but the site has not yet been downgraded.

  In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

  Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
