Canceling account

    My wife passed away and I need to cancel the website because I don’t like computers. How do I talk to someone about canceling the account and stop billing me. I got a call from someone last week and I told him what happens and that I didn’t need the site any more and to cancel it and I was billed two days later.

    I’m sorry to hear of your loss.

    Unfortunately we’re not able to help with this, as the site isn’t hosted on our servers. The site is connected to this WordPress.com account through a plugin called Jetpack. But the site itself is hosted at another provider, and they’re the ones you’re paying for the site.

    Based on the domain’s IP address, http://thefloridablog.com/ is hosted with https://www.inmotionhosting.com, so you’ll need to contact them directly for help getting that hosting account cancelled and the site taken offline.
