Canceling account renewal / cannot contact support

  I have a renewal payment coming up and need to cancel it. I am located in China and cannot connect with support. The paid support form options are not loading with local internet or through various VPN locations. Please cancel the autorenewal for Lightforgeltd.com

  Hi there!

  I have disabled auto-renewal for your Business plan and for the domain lightforgeltd.com. Both will expire on April 18th.
  Please note that once the domain expires it may be very difficult (and sometimes impossible) to get it back so, if you’re planning to use the domain with another site, it’s better to transfer it instead.

  I can see there’s also a domain mapping for lightforge.cn, would you like us to remove that from the site?
