Canceling and refund

    Hello I have canceled my starter pack within the 14 days and am looking to get my refund. I see that it has started processing but only for $39.34. I spent $52.46. I would like it all refunded please thank you

    Hi there,

    I can see a domain transfer subscription was purchased and then removed the next day. I went ahead and refunded you the cancelled domain transfer as well.

    You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
