I just created a blog called dailynaturalhairtips and I would like to cancel. I am getting a message that support is closed for the holidays, however I must notify WP of my intent to cancel within 48 hours. How am I suppose to do that when I can’t get in touch with anyone until Jan 3rd? Please advise. I want ths canceled asap.

And whatever you do, don’t DELETE any blog on your own: just set it to Private until you hear from staff.

Hi dailynaturalhairtips,
I have canceled and refunded your domain as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

Hi, I have just purchased a domain called pianofingers.org, but I am having difficulties getting to the site, since Google Chrome can’t find it when I type in http://www.pianofingers.org. Can you check what has happened? If there is a glitch, I would like to cancel my domain.
If there isn’t a glitch, could someone navigate me out of this mess at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks.

It looks like you just bought the domain a few hours ago and the name-servers point to WordPress.com. Did you also purchase the Domain Mapping upgrade to point pianofingers to an existing WordPress.com site?
The site linked to your name has been deleted by you – we need the name of the blog you are trying to map to beginning with http to help us help you.

@starbucksmark: This forum thread was created back when it was not possible to contact staff directly during the holidays. So here’s the link to contact staff directly:

@starbucksmark: Correction… I read too quickly. If you contacted staff already, then verify your spam filter in your email just in case their response is there.
-
Thread is being closed upon request and for the sole purpose staff can now be contacted again for this kind of matter…
