canceling automatic renewal for a site I cannot locate

    I am about to be billed for a site I created a year ago and never used. It is not linked to my regular login, even though it’s attached to my email. I do not wish to continue to support this site. I can’t seem to find it, so I can’t cancel from within my own login. (I have personal blogs, but this is an educational one.) Help!

    What’s the address of that site?
    We can help you access the correct account to manage your purchases, however, we’ll need a proof of ownership to do that. The best thing, in this case, would be for you to reply to the email we sent you about the renovation.
    Please add the transaction ID (more on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/) into your reply – do not post this on this public forum though.

    I replied to the initial email, but haven’t heard anything yet. The site, which I can’t reach for some reason, is “thenrcctimes.com.”
