Canceling blog

    Hi,
    I’m trying to cancel my blog. First, I try to manage purchases because I purchased a domain. When I click on ‘manage purchases’ nothing shows up. But in my billing history, i was billed on February 18th. I’m very confused. i’d like to cancel that domain name.
    Then, when I follow the instructions to delete blog, I go to settings and there is not DELETE BLOG button. I only have ‘DEACTIVATE JETPACK.’ I’m so frustrated. I want to delete this blog and I want to quite being charged for it. Can you please help?
