Canceling blog renewel

  I am trying to cancel my renewal and I do not see an option. I am being charged and need to request a refund.

  Have you tried this:
  To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the Store -> My Upgrades page.

  Thank you for your response. Yes I have tried that but you can only cancel within 48 hours of purchase. I want to cancel it now so that it does not renew for the next year. There isn’t a cancel option on my “my upgrades” page

  I don’t see any upgrades on your account. If you’re logged in as the owner of the upgrade, you’ll see an option to disable auto-renewal.
