canceling domain

  Tried to cancel the new domain minutes after creating it (used wrong name), and was told I’d receive an email to confirm. Never received an email (not even in junk folder). Now it’s been 2 days and it won’t allow me to cancel. Need new domain, and need to be contacted personally by support staff (there’s really no way to be contacted other than by making a community post?). Disappointing considering we just upgraded to pay $99/yr and we can’t even receive support.

  Correct. Want to cancel “ohbc.me” and instead activate “oakhill.me”

  Okay, so I have canceled the domain and restored the “domain name credit” to your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. So you should be able to register a new domain now. However, I notice that your account doesn’t own the WordPress.com Premium upgrade. There is another administrator on http://oakhillbible.wordpress.com/ who owns that upgrade. So you will need him to log into his account in order to register the domain as part of WordPress.com Premium.
